Vijay Deverakonda will be romancing the trending actress Rashmika Mandanna for the second time after Geetha Govindam. Shruti Ramachandran plays an important role in the film. Based on Vijay Deverakonda's fan base in the southern film industry, Dear Comrade will be releasing in four languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada on July 26th.
