Chettukinda Pellikoduku launched
Debutant director Arunachalam's Chettukinda Pellikoduku, starring Paramesh, Sonia and Nayana in the lead roles, was launched on May 27 at Annapurna studios. Famous film journalist Pasupuleti Rama Rao sounded the clapboard, while the producer’s wife Udaya Lakshmi switched on the camera. A press meet was also held after the movie launch to reveal more details about the movie.
"As you know, this is my first film as a director. Chettukinda Pellikoduku will be a romantic comedy entertainer and is about a software employee who is struggling to get married. How he managed to get marry finally is crux of the story," director Arunachalam said.
Heroines Nayan and Sonia sought the blessings of the film industry and thanked the film producer and director for giving them an opportunity. Also in the cast are Dhuvvasi Mohan, Sridhar, Rambabu, Ananth, Bombay Padma, Apoorva and others.
Produced by Athnuri Prabhakar under the banner of Innovative Creations, this low budget film has started its regular shooting from May 28. Raj Kiran is the music director. Cinematography is by Purna Chandra.
