Cheran's return to cinema will be with his upcoming directorial, Thirumanam, and will be revolving around marriage with Umapathy Ramaiah and debutant Kavya Suresh as the lead pair alongside Suganya, MS Bhaskar, Jayaprakash, Manobala, Bala Saravanan among others in supporting roles with music by Siddharth Vipin under the banner Preniss International.
