The Chennai 28 II team has dedicated the film, which is releasing this Friday, to late Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa. Directed by Venkat Prabhu, the film stars his gang of boys which includes Siva, Jai, Aravind Akash, Vaibhav, Vijayalakshmi, Sana Altaf , Premgi, Anjena Kirti and Vijay Vasanth. The film, which has received tax exemption for its content, is produced by Venkat Prabhu’s Black Ticket Company while Abishek Films has grabbed the release rights.
