Earlier we had reported that Thoongaavanam's Telugu version Cheekati Raajyam is likely to be released on November 12th. Now as per a recent update, the film's release date has been pushed to November 20th in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana. Though the makers initially planned to release it along with the Tamil version, due to the release of Nagarjuna's son Akhil's –The Power Of Jua on November 11, the makers have decided to push the release. Reportedly, Cheekati RAjyam is yet to be censored! The U/A certified film's audio was launched a day ago in Hyderabad, and has already trending.

However, the Tamil version of the bilingual action thriller starring Kamal Haasan and Trisha will hit screens as scheduled on Diwali (November 10th). Written by Kamal Haasan and directed by Rajesh M. Selva, the film is produced by Raaj Kamal Films International in association with Sri Gokulam Movies.
