Ace director Bharathiraja's just-released Annakodi has landed in a fresh controversy creating a stir among audience. In this flick, the director has brought the famous Karumathur temple into the limelight, this has not gone well with a particular community. They are also not happy with the fact that Munusamy (their guardian deity) is Munisamy. In a press release, Bharathiraja has emphasised the fact that he will face any consequences based on the reviews from the audience. In addition to this, the director has also clarified that his film does not target a particular group or a religion.
