Baby Sadhana has been selected for the National Award in the Best Child Artist category for the movie Thanga Meenkal. Sadhana played the part of a dyslexic child in the movie. She thanked the media for their support, in a statement released to the press. "Special thanks to Ram Appa for giving this chance and JSK uncle for making people to see it, Gautham Menon uncle. Special congrats to Muthukumar uncle and my favorite Arbindu Sara uncle and Yuvan uncle as well," read Sadhana's statement.
