One of the most popular star couples in Tamil cinema, Arya and Sayyeshaa have been giving major relationship goals for many, with the istar recently announcing that the actress is his new boxing partner. The two got married last year in a grand gala event after starring in films together namely Ghajinikanth and Kaappaan. With Sayyeshaa joining Arya in his boxing training, the actor has now released a video on his Twitter page showing his wife working hard at work in mastering the skills of the sport, with the caption, "My partner in action @sayyeshaa". Last seen together in Kaappaan, it was the first time Arya and Sayyeshaa were seen on the big screen together after their wedding, with Suriya in the lead role under KV Anand's direction. They both will once again be seen in the upcoming kids animation film, Teddy, directed by Tik Tik Tik fame, Shakti Soundar Rajan. Production on Teddy had wrapped up long back, with the makers releasing a fun-filled action-packed teaser before the nationwide lockdown was imposed in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic crisis. 

As for their other projects, Arya also has in the pipeline the highly-exciting Pa. Ranjith film, which has been titled as Salpetta, according to reports. Said to be a boxing-based political sports drama, the film which had already wrapped up the first schedule, will have music scored by Santhosh Narayanan under the K9 Studios banner. The film will also include Bodhai Yeri Budhi Maari actress Dushara Vijayan playing the female lead, with Kalaiyarasan of Madras fame and Santhosh Prathap in supporting roles, while Murali. G is handling the cinematography and National Award-winning stunt duo, Anbariv, are taking care of the action sequences. Sayyeshaa, on the other hand, is set to make her Kannada debut in the upcoming action film, Yuvarathnaa, opposite Puneeth Rajkumar, which has been postponed for its theatrical release in view of the COVID-19 outbreak.
