A.R.Rahman's live concert was held yesterday, the 10th of August at YMCA Grounds, Nandanam, Chennai. The singers who performed this year include Andrea Jeremiah, Neeti Mohan, Haricharan, Benny Dayal, Jonita Gandhi, Sid Sriram, Swetha Mohan, ADK and Rajakumari. On the other hand, musicians Lydian Nadhaswaram was on the keys and Ranjit Barot was playing the drums. With lots of audience's favorite songs, classics and mash-ups being performed on stage, the show was a massive hit. On that note, the promoter of this concert, JSB Sathish was pleased to have shared a moment on the huge stage with A.R.Rahman, while he honored him amidst the performances. Sathish was citied saying, "I have no words to say when I was in the stage with him. Thanks to everyone who supported me to reach this place."
The tickets were all sold out as soon as the bookings for the concert were opened. Stars like DD, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Vikram Prabhu, Atlee Kumar, Kathir, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar were seen enjoying at the concert. The audience, just as expected were relishing every moment and especially while the classic "Musthafa" song was performed, they were flashing lights from their cell phones.
