We all know that Anushka is playing the lead role in Gunasekhar's historical drama on Rani Rudrama Devi, a stereoscopic 3D film which has Mahesh Babu in a cameo appearance. We hear that team was shooting a fight scene in which Mahesh Babu has to throw a sword on Anushka. The actress failed to dodge the sword and was injured. She was immediately rushed for first aid.
