Until now, three biopics have been announced on our late CM, Miss. J Jayalalithaa. Adding up to the three, titled as "Sasilalitha", which will be narrated from both Jayalalithaa and Sasikala’s perspectives will be directed by K Jagadeeswara Reddy.
Apparently, Kajol Devgn and Amala Paul are in talks to personate the role of Jayalalithaa and Sasikala respectively. The director is awaiting their response and the biopic will be made in four languages; Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Now, the team is in the ground work for the movie.
Amongst the three, one is directed by Priyadarshini, titled as the "Iron Lady" which will have Nithya Menen. The next one being titled as "Thalaivi", was announced by director AL Vijay will feature Kangana Ranaut in the titular role. Later, Gautham Menon had announced a web-series in which Ramya Krishnan is said to be playing the late CM's role.
