Angry Star, Rajasekhar was last seen on the silver screens in the action packed investigative thriller, Kalki that released in June. The movie had very high expectations prior to its release, but ended up flunking at the box office, disappointing his fans. A while ago there were reports doing rounds on the internet that Rajasekhar would be working on the sequel to his 2018 release, PSV Garuda Vega, although no official statements were made. But according to what the recent reports state, his next movie is going to be an official remake of a Kannada hit film and that renowned Kollywood producer, Dhananjayan will be bankrolling it.
The people involved in this project are tight-lipped about which Kannada movie it is that they are going to remake. The makers of the movie are yet to finalize as to which director will be helming this project. A few reports doing the rounds also state that the Tamil version of this Kannada remake will feature Sibiraj in the lead role.
Sibiraj is currently busy with his Walter, bankrolled by Prabhu Thilak, under the banner of 11: 11 Productions, directed a newcomer, Anbarasan.
