Earlier on 27th April, actor Karthi's next venture was announced, in which he will be seen sharing his screen space with his sister in law, Jyotika for the very first time, alongside the veteran actor Sathyaraj. And this morning (May 12) Ammu Abirami, who played Karthi's sister in Theeran Adhigaram Ondru, proclaimed that she has also been roped into the project.

The actress was cited tweeting, "Thrilled and super excited to be a part of this upcoming wonderful movie, Feeling blessed to work with #Jyothika mam , #Sathyaraj sir, And it's my second movie with @Karthi_Offl sir after #dheeran, Looking forward to work with the great director and his team".

This untitled project will be directed by Jeethu Joseph, a prominent filmmaker in the Malayalam film industry. He has also directed Paapansam and Aarathu Sinam, which are the Tamil remakes of his own Malayalam films, Drishyam and Memories, respectively. The music will be scored by the 96 and Seethakathi music director, Govind Vasantha.

The movie will be bankrolled by Parallel minds production company and will be releasing in October, 2019 and the camera will be handled by the Imaikaa nodigal cinematographer R.D. Rajasekar. The shooting of the film began on 27th April.
