One of the most ambitious films that has come out this year, Aadai, an adult drama was directed by Meyaadha Maan fame Rathna Kumar. With the film now out in theatres, Amala Paul has been drawing major praises for her intense and power-packed performance along with director Rathna Kumar for coming up with a sensitive topic for the plot. Now, as part of further promotions, the makers have now released have ‘Onnumilla Onnumilla’ video song and has been composed by the popular band Oorka and music director Pradeep Kumar with lyrics by Bharath Sankar and Sivam.
In Aadai, Amala Paul plays a character named Kamini, which director Rathna Kumar had prior to the film’s release stated it was tailor-made for the popular actress while also labelling the film to be "arrogant, audacious and artistic". Aadai has been produced Viji Subramaniam’s V Studios banner and has Vivek Prasanna and popular VJ Ramya Subramanian in supporting roles.
