Amala Paul's Aadai making video
Amala Paul’s Aadai arrived in theatres last week after a few last minute release issues with the film since then going on to receive an overall positive response as well as generating quite a lot of talk among fans and critics. The film, which was given an ‘A’ certificate by the Censor Board, has been helmed by Meyaadha Maan director Rathna Kumar. Prior to the film hitting screens, a bold teaser and an intense trailer were released, which generated a huge debate. With Aadai going strong, the makers have now released a spotlight video, which gives a few glimpses of Amala Paul in character during the shoot while also meeting fans in a theatre after its release.
Produced by Viji Subramaniam under the V Studios banner, Pradeep Kumar has scored the music for the film, which has been billed to be an "arrogant, audacious and artistic" film with Ramya Subramanian and Vivek Prasanna playing vital supporting roles. Another major highlight is legendary singer P. Susheela singing the 'Raksha Raksha Jagan Matha' devotional song after 70 years, which has been dubbed as a 'Bakthi Metal' track in the film.
