Ajith Kumar's Thunivu is all set to delight audiences from Pongal in January 2023 and preparations are already underway to bring it out as the biggest release in the Tamil superstar's career. Filming on the upcoming mass action thriller came to a wrap on Tuesday, November 29, with popular Tamil cinema choreographer Kalyan informing fans on social media that it was a highly-enjoyable experience making the songs, while he also expressed his gratitude to everyone he worked alongside in the film. Kalyan master, as he is fondly called in the industry and among those in the film fraternity, wrote on Twitter, "And it’s a wrap for thunivu song shoot.. loved every bit of making the songs with Ajith and the entire crew.. thanks to each and everyone..hope u all love it ❤️😄 #Thunivu #AjithKumar". Check out his tweet below:

Kalyan master has choreographed the highly-anticipated 'Chilla Chilla' song in Thunivu, which is set to be the first single to be released in the days ahead and has been sung by Anirudh Ravichander to lyrics penned by Vaisagh of the indie hit, 'Kaaka Kadhai' fame. Expectations for 'Chilla Chilla' and the other songs in the film are high as Kalyan has once again choreographed Ajith after their previous hit collaborations like 'Aaluma Doluma' in Vedalam and 'Adchithooku' in Viswasam. Thunivu is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP in association with the Zee Studios banner and is being presented by Udhayanidhi Stalin under his Red Giant Movies in Tamil Nadu after he acquired the theatrical rights in the state, while Lyca Productions is distributing the film overseas.

Photos of Ajith have taken social media by storm where he is shown once again clean-shaven after wrapping the shooting for Thunivu leading many to speculate if the new look will be the one he will be sporting in his next film, the tentatively titled AK 62, under Vignesh Shivan's direction and produced by Lyca Productions. Thunivu will see Ajith sharing screen space with National Award-winning Malayalam actress Manju Warrier, who impressed Tamil cinema fans after her powerful debut in director Vetri Maaran's Asuran starring Dhanush.
