After Superstar Rajinikanth's Enthiran, Jayam Ravi's Miruthan has been selected for the Fantasia International Film Festival 2016 in Canada. The film is South India's first zombie thriller. Interestingly, Jayam Ravi is likely to collaborate with director Shakthi Soundar Rajan for Miruthan sequel.The director has already clarified that the sequel will be made with a whopping 35 Cr budget. The project will be bankrolled by Sri Kenanya Films.
