Earlier this year, Udhayanidhi Stalin has filed a case against the Tamil Nadu Tax Exemption Committee for denying tax exemption for his Gethu. Generally, titles with Tamil names are given tax exemption but Gethu was denied citing that it is not a Tamil title. But, the team has won the case against the government and verdict has come in the favour of Red Giant. Now, the team is facing the same problem with Manithan. Udhay has revealed on his Twitter account that he would be soon filing a statement against the verdict.
