Aditi Rao Hydari is currently a big name in Bollywood. But, not many know that the actress had started her acting career with Mammootty starrer Prajapathi. Now, almost 13 years later, Aditi is all set to step back into Mollywood with the film titled Sufiyum Sujatayum. A report in a leading daily mentions that the film, which is being directed by Naranipuzha Shanavas, is touted to be a musical love story.
Talking to the leading daily, Vijay Babu, who is backing the movie, said, “It is a story that has excited me the most in the last three years. The search for the right actress to play the role of Sujata is what delayed the project. The character demanded an extremely beautiful kathak dancer and a brilliant actress. That’s how we finally zeroed in on Aditi.” It has also been mentioned in the report that Aditi is playing the titular role, Sujata.
Vijay also told the leading daily that they are looking to cast some of the finest actors who suit the characters best. It surely will be interesting to see how this film turns out to be. Buzz is that Jayasurya will be roped in to play the part of the male lead.
