As Aamir Khan is to celebrate 25 years of his presence in Bollywood, that happens to coincide with the industry's centenary year, the actor reveals that he wanted to make a film to celebrate the 100th birthday of our cinema industry.

However, he wasn't able to do it. But the actor is delighted to be a part of Bombay Talkies's title track. The song will begin with Aamir Khan and end with Shahrukh Khan. It will also feature many other celebs including Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Madhuri Dixit, Aamir Khan, Vidya Balan, Sridevi, Ranbir Kapoor and many other celebrities.

One the other hand, the actor says that he wants to work alongside Dilip Kumar as he is a huge fan of him and has also influenced him in a big way. Mughal-E-Azam, Pyaasa and Mother India are a few of the films the actor likes.

The anthology Bombay Talkies will release on May 3, and will see four short films contributed by eminent directors Dibakar Banerjee, Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar and Anurag Kashyap.
