Looks like things are turning out positive for the Podaa Podi music composer Dharan. While he is still basking in praises for his compositions in Podaa Podi, we hear that Dharan has signed a three-film deal with a top Bollywood production house that is remaking its movies in Tamil.

Dharan has been assigned to compose the music for the remake of Band Baaja Baaraat and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. Talking about his work, he says,” I have already composed four songs for the Band Baaja Baaraat remake. The Hindi songs were a huge hit and I want the Tamil ones to be spoken about too. The movie has a wedding theme and weddings are one of the grandest functions in south India. I am experimenting with the music as I want to give some interesting tunes to the listeners. I will also be working on the Mere Brother Ki Dulhan remake.”

Dharan, who is also working on the Srikanth starrer Ethiri Enn 3, says,” It is an action thriller, I’m currently working on the album’s final mix. Simbu has sung an energetic number Nasukku Nasukku in it. I’m also working on a Tamil-Telugu bilingual Virattu, which features newcomers. I have sung a song each for both of these films.”

Dharan worked as an assistant for Harris Jayaraj and worked with him in Kaakha Kaakha, Chellame and Anniyan. Parijatham introduced him as a music composer, in which he won praises for the song Unnai Kandene.
