Sandi Kuthirai, which is all set to hit the screens on August 5, is making quite a buzz in the industry for its niche style. The film will highlight the consequences of overdosed selfies. Directed by Anbumathi, the film has Rajkamal, a former television artiste, and debutant Manasa playing the lead along with Delhi Ganesh, Kanja Karuppu and Bonda Mani among others.
When chirped about the key highlights of the film, director Anbumathi was quick to bring in the topic of locations in which the film was shot. "It will be a never-seen-before locations in Tamil cinema, we have shot in the interiors of Pudukottai district and has travelled to places where it was difficult to carry the cameras," he said. He also pointed out that the climax fight will have an interesting twist--well, the dry locations and intense climax surely reminds us of the epic Paruthiveeran.
