The highly anticipated Prithiviraj starrer Simhasanam, directed by Shaji Kailas, has now hit a small road block, nearing the release. Prithviraj's illness has now forced the makers to postpone the movie release to the next weekend. Prithivi is recovering, and will be completing his incomplete dubbing portions in Simhasanam
 
The story of this film revolves around a journalism student named Arjun (Prithviraj), who is from a prestigious family, in Chandragiri.
 
Apart from direction, Shaji has tried his hand at scripting as well. This movie also features Vandana, Aiswarya, Thilakan, Siddhique, Manianpillai Raju and Saikumar in important roles. Produced by Chandrakumar, under the banner of Malavika Production, Simhasanam will grace the screens across Kerala by 6th of July, this year.
