Jon Fevreau's movie Chef is being remade in Hindi by Raja Krishna Menon and produced by Abundantia Entertainment, Eros International and Alumbra Entertainment. Saif Ali Khan will be the lead.
Joining the Nawab is Padmapriya who will be reprising Sofia's Vergara's role of the ex-wife in the movie. This will Padmapriya's second Hindi movie. She debuted in Bollwyood with Striker opposite Siddharth in 2010.
She is also shooting for a Hindi-Bengali movie The Orphan. It stars Naseeruddin Shah's son Vivaan in the lead.
In Malayalam she is shooting for an anthology movie Crossroad and Tiyaan starring Prithiviraj is in post production,
Padmapriya is back to movies after nearly three years.This award winning actress is known for her performance oriented roles and it is indeed a joy to see her back on screen.
