Jayasurya starrer Vadhyar is all set to hit screens on May 18. This film is directed by debutante director Nidheesh Shakthi and produced by N. Sudheesh and Pradeep Nair. Vadhyar features Ann Augustine as the female lead. Pradeep Nair has done the cinematography in this movie.
 
Jayasurya essays the character of Anoop Krishnan, who is forced become a school teacher after his father's death. Ann Augustine plays the role Hema, a computer teacher at the school.
