Indrajith sports six pack abs

It was�truly surprising news for all Malayalam moviegoer that Prithviraj is working hard at a gym with a personal trainer to get a stylish, trendy six-pack abs for ace director Mani Ratnam's upcoming multi-starrer Ravana. He even had a reputed trainer to plan his workout. The actor is said to have lost 10 kilos during the last three months and has refused to display his six-pack in his Christmas release Lollipop.

Elder brother, actor Indrajith, is also�working hard to get those much-desired six-pack abs which he will display in his forthcoming Nayakan, the debut directorial venture of Lijo Pellisseri, a frontline ad maker and son of late actor Jose Pellisseri. Nayakan, a revenge drama, will present Indrajith as an action hero for the first time in his career.

Indrajith is also learning Kathakali since his character in this film is the son of a Kathakali artist. Dhanya of Thalappavu fame is the heroine. Produced by Anoop John, Nayakan has Jagathy Sreekumar, Siddique, Thilakan, Cochin Haneefa and� Bheeman Raghu in important roles.

The movie has already started shooting at Kochi and will be completed after its shoot at Ottappalam. Planned as a realistic action movie, Nayakan, with some portions shot in Malaysia, is likely to grace theatres during summer 2009. More details are awaited.

Noted for his villainous roles in�blockbusters�Meesa Madhavan and Baba Kalyani, Indrajith is also busy with Tamil actor Vikram's much-anticipated�Kanthaswamy (also spelt as Kanthasamy or Kandasamy). Produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu and directed by Susi Ganesan, Kanthasamy will present Indrajith in an exacting villain's role. Kanthasamy will have its global release in summer 2009.
