Bhramaram gets 'U' certificate
Mohanlal's Blessy-directed Bhramaram has been cleared with a clean 'U' certificate by the Thiruvananthapuram Regional Censor Board on June 23. The buzz among the Censor Board members is that Brahmaram is a "clean well-made road movie". Distributed by Mohanlal's Max Lab Entertainments, the film is releasing in 80 screens on June 25.
Produced by Raju Mallyath and Zulfikar under the banner of Yuvan Entertainments, Bhramaram has Mohanlal in the role of a lorry driver plying through the high ranges of Kerala. Popular Tamil-Telugu-Hindi actress Bhumika Chawla is the heroine.
Also in the cast are Suresh Menon, Madan Babu, Murali Krishnan, Baby Nivedhitha and others. A major highlight of the film is a melodious folk song 'Annarkanna Vaa, Poovala Changatham Koodan Vaa', redered by Mohanlal. It was penned by Anil Pachooran and tuned by Mohan Sithara.
