Following the success of Baahubali, director SS Rajamouli has been working on his next magnum opus, which was going by the working title RRR. This movie, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in the lead, is being produced by DVV Danayya's DVV Entertainment banner. The identities of this project's heroines have been the subject of speculation for a long time now and it has just been revealed.
The unit is holding a press meet currently at Hyderabad where the names of the heroines have been announced. Bollywood star Alia Bhatt will be Ram Charan's pair in the movie while British actress Daisy Edgar Jones will be playing Jr NTR's pair. Daisy is famous for playing the female lead in the rehash of the famous TV show - Cold Feet. Top Bollywood star Ajay Devgn has also been roped in to play an important role in this movie. Versatile Tamil actor and director Samuthirakani will also be seen in a vital role in RRR. This movie is expected to be released in 10 Indian languages, in 2020! As of now, the unit is planning to maintain the same title - RRR, across all languages but the opinions of the respective language audiences will be considered before titling the movie in other industries.
The unit also posted a tweet revealing the movie's plotline. It states that RRR will be based on the story of two legendary freedom fighters Alluri Seetharamaraju and Komaram Bheem. RRR will be set in the 1920s and the two leaders will be away from their home, fighting the British in New Delhi. The makers also added that the movie will be made on a huge canvas, catering to audiences across the country. This press meet is also expected to reveal the first look, release date and further details about the movie. We just can't wait to see how big this project is going to turn out to be!
