Upendra has finally decided to file a defamation case against Niranjan Shetty, who claimed that the actor has used his story in the recently released Katari Veera Surasundarangi, which he narrated Upendra a few years ago. The scriptwriter filed plagiarism charges against the actor and the film’s producer Munirathna for using his story, and filed a case against them in court.
But in the court, it has been proved that KVSS Niranjan’s claim is false. So, Upendra has planned to take necessary actions against the scriptwriter.
Katari Veera Surasundarangi, which was released in over 170 screens, is getting positive responses from all the quarters. The movie revolves around the love between a mortal and a goddess.
