Kotlallappo Kai, the controversial movie, being made on the life of a nymphomaniac, is already in the eye of a storm! Recently, the cast and crew had arranged for a press meet, when it was suddenly disrupted by the movie's heroine Nayana Krishna, and a few of her supporters. The group started attacking the movie's director Rishi, and Nayana Krishna went to the extent of slapping him with her slippers. This was followed by her exposing to the media that Rishi had borrowed money from her for completing the movie, but when asked to return it, had told her that he would give her distribution rights for the movie, for certain regions! Nayana alleges that when this did not happen due to issues with the censor board, Rishi had refused to return the money, and had even abused her over mobile phone messages. She even showed evidence of this to the media. Following this, Nayana has lodged a Police complaint against Rishi, and a counter complaint has been lodged by the director. The major artistes in the movie, Dhanush and Yethiraj were put to shame by these events at the press meet, and this comes across as one of the most shameful events to ever happen, in Sandalwood. A sad day indeed!
