Arjun Reddy, the 2017 film written and directed by Sandeep Vanga is one of the biggest hits in the Telugu industry. The film's lead actor Vijay Deverakonda had his big breakthrough with the film and the actor played the role to perfection winning numerous awards around the country. Following the success of Arjun Reddy, the movie is being remade in multiple languages. Arjun Reddy is remade in Tamil as Adithya Varma and in Hindi as Kabir Singh.
The Hindi version Kabir Singh is written and directed by Sandeep Vanga himself and the movie stars Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani in lead roles. Kabir Singh is jointly produced by Cine1 Studios and T-Series. The film is scheduled for a big release on June 21, 2019.
The teaser and trailer of the movie came out a few weeks back and Shahid Kapoor was widely appreciated for his performance and many said it was equally good compared to the original version.
