Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year has made quite a killing at the box-office with its' smashing collections.

The film raked in approximately Rs. 82.67 crores as early as last Saturday itself. According to a press note by the production house Red Chillies Entertainment, the film crossed the coveted Rs. 100 crore mark over the weekend itself, grossing Rs. 108.86 crores, with the break-up being: Rs. 104.10 crores in Hindi, Rs. 2.92 crores in Telugu and Rs. 1.84 crores in Tamil.

Not only has the film joined the Rs. 100 crore club, it has become the fastest Bollywood film to do so.

Also featuring Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah, this heist and dance film is all set to rewrite history in the coming weeks.
