Vivek Oberoi to stay at Delhi University hostel

Vivek Oberoi has to be the poster boy for method acting. It started right from his debut film Company where he went and stayed in slums to understand the psyche of his character Chandu who starts from the slums to become an underworld don.

The actor yet follows the same suite and for Zilla Ghaziabad where he would be playing the iconic character of Satbir Gujjar, he hired a tutor to master the Ghaziabad dialect to the tee. Moving a notch ahead, for Gyrah Chalis Ki Last Metro where he plays a middle class Punjabi Munda, Vivek visited various Punjabi families to master the dialect and understand the mannerism.

Apparently, the actor is all set to spend two weeks at a boys hostel that houses students from Delhi University. Vivek plans to pick up the camaraderie that the boys share between themselves, their dressing sense and the lingo they use.

On contacting Vivek, he stated that he is really looking forward to going back to relive the student experience and more so as he would be doing this with Delhi mundas who are full of masti and are super lively.
