Vidya Balan is known for her bold and powerful roles in her films. Almost always, she ensures her character is different from her earlier films and also her films get a good response.
The actress, in a recent interview has revealed that she feels that still heroines in Bollywood are offered only stereotypical roles, only a few get interesting characters to portray. She adds that every heroine would love to do women-centric films, but the number of such films should be increased in future at least, so that several young talented actresses will be able to play their dream roles. Vidya's Bobby Jasoos, another women centric film is ready for release.
