Director Mohit Suri's sister Smilie, who was seen playing the lead in Kalyug, is all set to tie the knot.

Engaged to her dance teacher Vineet Bangera in March, the couple will exchange vows in July. The actress is pretty excited and happy that she found her love outside the industry. Being hyperactive, she says he is her polar opposite and is more secure and sorted. However, he is open to her choice of continuing to work in films and TV.

"It wasn't love at first sight. We became friends and he stood by me through thick and thin. One thing led to another and last Diwali, he proposed to me by giving me a promise ring. He informed his parents, who met my family, and the engagement took place. It's North meeting South. The wedding will be a mix of North Indian and South Indian rituals," the actress informs.
