Director Shirish Kunder is back with his second directorial venture Joker, after Jaan E-Mann, released in 2006. The film starring Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, Minissha Lamba and Shreyas Talpade, is said to be a fantasy adventure and also marks the 100th film of Akshay Kumar. After Rowdy Rathore, the hit pair of Akshay and Sonakshi has teamed up again.

Now, the latest buzz is that the film is only 105 minutes, almost as short as a  short film's length. Though the exact reason to cut short the film is not yet known. Sources close to him reveal that it was Shirish's decision to make the film more likeable among fans.


The film, reported to have been made with a budget of Rs. 40 crores, will hit screens on August 31.
