Lohan 'Too American' for Vuitton
Lindsay Lohan has lost out in the chance to be the face of Louis Vuitton, because the French fashion house has decided the beauty is "too American" for its global image. Even the teenage movie star's friendship with Vuitton designer Marc Jacobs failed to swing the deal. An insider tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "Marc is great mates with Lindsay and she loves his clothes so it was no surprise rumours were flying that he was pushing his French bosses to get her to star in their campaign." Super model Naomi Campbell will front the campaign instead.
