Superstar Rajinikanth is set to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony on May 31st and the star himself confirmed the news when he met the media on Tuesday. Rajinikanth also spoke about BJP victory and also made some interesting comments on Indian National Congress Party leader Rahul Gandhi.

When asked about Congress's loss in the Lok Shaba Elections, Rajinikanth said,

"I won't say Rahul Gandhi lacks leadership. Congress is an old party and many senior members are there. I think it's hard for Rahul Gandhi to handle things. Rahul Gandhi didn't work hard enough."

Recalling, Rahul Gandhi's Indian National Congress party won just 52 seats thus failing to secure the requisite 10% of the seats (55 seats) in the Lok Sabha Elections. Congress' failure has made Narendra Modi's BJP as India's biggest party without an official opposition party.

Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party won 303 seats and the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance won 353 seats. Other parties and their alliances won 98 seats.
