The movie Titanic needs no introduction, especially in India. It is the movie which has made people stick on the television sets when ever it is on air. Now, it is coming back to the cinemas with more action and adventure in 3D.

The most spectacular cinematic event of 2012 is all set to happen as Producer Jon Landau has flown down for a grand India tour and is in Mumbai today for a special visit! The man who was instrumental in the success of James Cameron's two biggest grossers Titanic and Avatar will visit Mumbai and Delhi, three weeks earlier to the grand release of the Titanic 3D, stated a press release.

Jon Landau while speaking about the magnum opus said that the theme of Titanic was as relevant today as it was 15 years ago. "I think those who have seen the film will find themselves transported in a new way; but there will also be many discovering the film for the first time, who weren’t even born when it was released in 1997. Audiences young and old are each going to take something away from it," he added.

Opening across theatres on April 5, in India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telegu, the film’s 3D release marks the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, that took place in 1912. The most celebrated film in history will be presented to audiences in 3D format by James Cameron who has once again broken all boundaries and created a visual extravaganza that will have audiences running to the nearest theatres!
