The highly anticipated The Amazing Spider-Man has got the highest opening in history for a Hollywood film in India by breaking several several records. The film grossed approximately 34 crore Rupees ( 6 million USD approx.) in its three day opening weekend. The film also posted record breaking numbers for Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. While Hollywood's small market has done well, this movie is likely to storm the box office once it hits the screens, this Friday.
