The entire world has come to a standstill after the coronavirus outbreak, which has taken several thousand lives across the globe with treatment procedures being adopted by governments. The threat of the coronavirus has affected people from all walks of life including those in the entertainment industry as well. Actress Olga Kurylenko, known for playing the Bond girl in the 2008 James Bond film, Quantum of Solace, has now revealed on her Instagram page that she is in fact diagnosed with coronavirus and has penned a heartfelt emotional statement addressed to her fans.

Olga Kurylenko's statement on Instagram is as follows: "Locked up at home after having tested positive for Coronavirus. I’ve actually been ill for almost a week now. Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms. Take care of yourself and do take this seriously!". Olga is now the second big Hollywood celebrity to test positive for COVID-19 after Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson last week announced they have isolated themselves as a safety measure for treatment purposes. Post her appearance as the Bond girl in Quantum of Solace, Olga Kurylenko's popularity skyrocketed instantly and made her one of the most popular names to appear in the blockbuster franchise.
