Indian 2, produced by Lyca Productions and starring Kamal Haasan, Kajal Aggarwal, Nedumudi Venu in the lead roles, has been having a lot of rumours surrounding it, right from the time it was announced. There were talks that many leading stars were being considered to be a part of this movie. However, we now have a confirmed news about a top comedy star joining the cast!

We now hear that Yogi Babu has been signed on to be a part of this Shankar directorial. Yogi Babu seems to be on quite a high as he has just signed up for 2 new projects as a lead and also has a number of other projects in his kitty!

After Indian 2 went on floors in January, early this year, there has been a slowdown and there were even talks that the project was about to be shelved. Insider sources state that the movie has not been shelved and that the delay might be due to Kamal Haasan being busy with the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Stay tuned for further updates!
