STR after his massive success with Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam came with the family entertainer Vantha Rajavathaan Varuven directed by Sundar C. As this movie was an official remake of Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daredi it created huge expectations from the Tamil version.

Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the movie had music by Hiphop Tamizha with Megha Akash being the female lead. The movie also starred Ramya Krishnan, Catherine Tresa, Prabhu, Nassar, Suman, Yogi Babu, Mahat Raghavendra among others in pivotal roles.

VRV received some decent response from the fans and the movie crossed its 25th-day at the theaters recently. The movie’s climax scene also garnered a huge response with STR, Ramya Krishnan winning hearts with their performances.
