EXCLUSIVE: Two leading stars to join STR's next multi-starrer film

Filmmaker Narthan made a big impact with his Mufti in Kannada and will next be collaborating with Studio Green in Tamil for a project with STR in lead role.

A critically acclaimed and commercial success, the Kannada neo-noir action crime thriller film, Mufti, starring Shiva Rajkumar and Srimurali in lead roles under Narthan’s direction has gone on to garner a huge following since its release in 2017.

Meanwhile, we had reported yesterday that reputed production house Studio Green is set to launch Narthan in Kollywood with the multi-talented STR in an upcoming multi-starrer project, which as per speculations could in most likelihood be the Tamil remake of Mufti.

Now, sources close to us have revealed that actors Arya and Atharvaa are in contention as frontrunners for the second lead role for this multi-starrer Studio Green film with talks ongoing with both stars. As of now, an official statement is awaited from either of them or the production house, which we can expect to be made sometime soon in the days ahead.
