SPECIAL SHOWS CANCELED: Is 96 Releasing Today?

Vijay Sethupathi is in full form as his last week release Chekka Chivantha Vaanam is doing extremely good at the box-office and has just entered its superb steady 2nd week.

Today (4th October), his romantic drama flick 96 co-starring Trisha is releasing in cinemas. The songs and trailers have created a huge hype for the movie. VJS fans were geared up to watch special morning shows of the film.

Early morning 6 am shows were allotted for 96 around 10 theatres across Chennai. But unfortunately, they were all canceled due to non-arrival of KDM (Key Delivery Message). The issue continues to happen at Tamil Cinema due to last-minute financial hurdles faced by the producers.

Apparently, KDM has been despatched for overseas theatres. And, we have been informed that the KDM will be delivered soon for TN also and it is expected that 96 will have a smooth release Today and the shows would begin from 9 am onwards.
