Thalapathy Vijay's Leo being directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj began production on January 2 and the next phase of filming has been continuing in Kashmir over the past few days. Trisha, who had previously gone to Kashmir along with the team, was rumored to have walked out on the project. However, the actress has been in Kashmir all this time and has now shared pictures with her team of makeup artists for Valentine's Day, on her Instagram Stories. The photos show Trisha along with her team posing for the camera amidst the backdrop of the snowy mountains, with fans also extending their wishes on the special occasion and for Leo.

Leo is currently one of the most-anticipated movies in Indian cinema and the announcement promo video for the Thalapathy Vijay-starrer has received a tremendous response from the fans. Trisha is paired with Vijay once again after 14 years, while the supporting cast features Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, action king Arjun, Priya Anand, director Mysskin, director Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy Master, Malayalam actor Mathew Thomas, among others appearing in key roles.

Fans have been curious regarding Thalapathy Vijay's Leo being a part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU), which was established with Lokesh Kanagaraj's previous films Kaithi and Vikram. There is considerable buzz on social media that the film is set in the LCU since actor George Maryan, who played the role of the important police officer Napoleon in the film Kaithi, attended the pooja ceremony of Leo, and his appearance has created a lot of expectations among fans that he will be appearing in the Vijay-starrer as well. It now remains to be seen whether Vijay's Leo too is set in the LCU and fans are awaiting further announcements soon in the days ahead.
