Maamannan is a film that has created huge excitement among fans and movie buffs, that is set to release this month. The film is to be directed by Director Mari Selvaraj who is known for making path-breaking movies and it has Udhayanidhi Stalin with trendsetting comedian 'Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu in pivotal roles. The audio and trailer of the film are to be launched today in a grand event at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium. A major update about the event has now been revealed by the actor and producer Udhayanidhi Stalin. He has shared that 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Kaasan will be the chief guest for the event.
Udhayanidhi Stalin tweeted a video on social media showing the preparation that's happening at the stadium for the audio launch event of Maamannan. It shows staff tying up banners of the film featuring the actor and ‘Vaigai Puyal’ Vadivelu and a mammoth cut-outs being hoisted. The video also shows the stage being made for the audio launch with huge lights and digital display. The video was also released in black and white in the same fashion as the songs from the movie that were released. It also featured the song Raasa Kannu which was sung by the popular comedian. The actor shared it with the caption “The powerhouse of Indian Cinema, 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan sir will be gracing the grand audio launch function”.
Makers announced the Oscar Award-winning music composer will perform live at Maamannan event. The event is to begin at 6 PM today evening and will feature the cast and crew of the film including Udhayanidhi Stalin, ‘Vaigai Puyal' Vadivelu, Keerthy Suresh, Fahad Faasil and others. Kamal Haasan recently attended the audio release of the blockbuster hit film Ponniyin Selvan 2 and was recently felicitated with the prestigious Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema award at the IIFA Awards 2023.
