'Thalapathy' Vijay’s Leo is the next big film of director Lokesh Kanagaraj that has created huge excitement among fans and movie buffs. The film has a huge cast and the latest addition to the cast was said to be Anurag Kashyap, the popular Bollywood director confirmed the news by sharing a fan post on social media. Now, a dialogue writer and close friend of the director, Rathna Kumar, has shared a fan-made picture that says Leo has a huge bunch of directors part of the film. It includes directors Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Anurag Kashyap and Amsoor Ali Khan as a part of the cast and dilaogue writers Rathan Kumar and Jil Jung Juk fame director Dheeraj Vaidhy. The director has shared the post on Instagram storiesand stated “More in the list”.
This comment by Rathna Kumar hints that more directors could be part of Leo, but official confirmation is awaited. The film has created a huge buzz as it is said that the film as it markers the second collaboration between 'Thalapathy' Vijay and the director Lokesh Kanagaraj and is the next in line after the record-breaking film Vikram with 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan in the lead role. This new post shared by Rathna Kumar on his Instagram hints at the presence of more directors in the film and has created ripples among fans.
Leo will see the comeback of the celebrated on-screen couple; 'Thalapathy' Vijay and Trisha after over a decade. The film will also have a huge cast that includes Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, Action King Arjun, Priya Anand, Sandy master, Malayalam actor Mathew Thomas and others in important roles. The film also has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The first single and first look poster from the film was released recently. It is set to release in October 2023.
