Actor Siddharth is set to make a big comeback with a string of releases starting with the romantic action film, Takkar. The upcoming film directed by Kappal fame Karthik G. Krish is speeding its way into cinemas on June 9 after a considerable wait and the visuals shown in the trailer released recently have gotten fans hooked and excited about what to expect. Takkar revolves around Siddharth, who aims to become a wealthy person and falls in love with a rich girl played by Divyansha Kaushik, with the couple then ending up in trouble with a human trafficking gang during a road trip.
With less than a week now for the theatrical release of Siddharth's Takkar, a special sneak peek video has now been released and is featured on comedian actor Yogi Babu. This latest glimpse comes as a comedic relief and shows Yogi Babu in a conversation with Abhimanyu Singh, who has been cast as the antagonist and is seen inquiring about a car, which could possibly be Siddharth's in the film. The Takkar sneak peek shows how the car appears to be green in color to Abhimanyu Singh and red to a few others, with Yogi Babu then coming in to give them an explanation about color blindness.
Produced by Sudhan Sundaram and G. Jayaram under the Passion Studios banner, Takkar is coming out after a long delay after being initially announced to come out in theatres in April 2020. Despite the delay, the film had been in talk on social media, especially for its music composed by Nivas K. Prasanna, with the songs receiving good feedback and becoming chart-topping hits. The Takkar trailer released recently gave audiences an idea about what to expect before heading to theatres and promises to be an out-and-out action entertainer with plenty of romance and comedy elements appealing especially to youngsters.
