Boney Kapoor shared a heartbreaking last picture of the late actress Sridevi on his Instagram ID. The producer shared the picture ahead of the death anniversary of the prominent actress, who was popular across India. The picture showed Sridevi and Boney Kapoor posing with their daughter Khushi and other guests at a wedding. The actress’s demise was unexpected as she was found dead due to ‘accidental drowning’ in her hotel room bathtub in Dubai after attending a wedding with her family on 24th February.
Ahead of the 5th death anniversary of Sridevi, her husband and producer shared her last picture. He posted another artistic sketch of the actress, that said “You left us 5 years back…your love and memories will keep us going and will remain with us forever". He also posted another picture in a row with the caption “watching us”.
Sri Devi's first daughter Janhvi kapoor also made a post dedicated to her mother. With a candid picture from an event, she wrote “I still look for you everywhere mumma" and stated she is doing everything hoping it makes the late actress proud “Everywhere I go, Everything I do- it starts and ends with you". Janhvi is an actress herself and has acted in many Bollywood films from 2018 with the recent being Good Luck Jerry and Mili.
Sridevi began acting as an child artist and got multiple national and state awards for her performances in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. The actress was last seen in a lead role in Mom in Hindi and also did a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Zero that was released after her demise. The actress was known as the lady Superstar of Indian Cinema rightly.
